DELIVERY

In this time of health & safety concerns, we encourage all our customers to order for curbside pickup or delivery. Our store staff and delivery drivers are using thorough sanitation practices to ensure the health & safety of everyone. 

WE HAVE A NEW DELIVERY SYSTEM

Placing an order for delivery is easy.

When you select an item for purchase, you’ll see a “FULFILLMENT METHOD” option in your cart. Here you’ll select in-store pickup or delivery, and enter your delivery address. If you do not select delivery here, your order will be set for pickup

DELIVERY INFO / FEE

Delivery fee is $10 with a $50 minimum purchase.  If you are located outside our delivery area but in the region, please call us to see if we can accommodate the delivery.  All payment must be completed on the website. Driver carries no cash. In order to receive delivery of alcoholic beverages, someone over 21 years of age with valid ID must be present at the delivery location. If no-one is present or does not have a valid State issued ID, the delivery will be brought back to Desierto Alto for in-store pickup. 

Please note the delivery does not include gratuity for delivery driver.

PICKUP & DELIVERY HOURS

Our delivery window is 11am-7pm Daily. Orders placed after 6pm will be delivered the next day during delivery hours, or given the option for in-store pickup. Orders placed before 11 am will be delivered once delivery hours begin. Normal delivery time can be up to 90 minutes.

DELIVERY ZONE

We are located in Old Town Yucca Valley, and will happily deliver to the entirety of Yucca Valley, Pioneertown, Flamingo Heights, Joshua Tree, Landers, and Morongo Valley. If you are not in this radius, we’d be happy to box up your order for in-store pickup.

We deliver to Los Angeles weekly on Fridays.  Any orders placed for Los Angeles delivery during the week will be noted and sent out for delivery on Friday.  We are not able to deliver any refrigerated or frozen items.  Delivery area includes all of Central Los Angeles County (excluding the Antelope Valley).  Space is limited.

Please provide us with your full address and phone number, along with any special instructions for delivery. Please note that drivers will be using navigation apps, so if you are aware that locations may be different in real life than they are on Google Maps, please let us know.

CURBSIDE PICKUP

During these times of social distancing, we are offering curbside pickup. Please select the curbside pickup option when checking out, and give us a call from out front of the store when you get here. We’re happy to place your order in your trunk, or on the bench out front. Just let us know what you’d prefer.
